On February 28, 2026, the United States and its nominal ally,
Israel, launched an assault on Iranian soil that killed the
nation’s supreme religious leader, the 86-year-old Ayatollah
Ali Hosseini Khamenei. Along with the holy man, his
granddaughter, his grandson, his daughter-in-law and other
members of his family were also murdered. It is significant that
this war crime was conducted on this specific date, as the festival
of Purim, which started on March 2, is seen by extreme Jewish
radicals as a day when Jews are called to kill certain “non-Jews”,
a sociopathic and criminal dictum. Honorable and sane Jews
around the world absolutely reject this cultish aberration and
instead focus on joy and charity.
On February 28, 2026, the US and Israel joint forces also
killed over 160 little girls and teachers, studying at that time
in their elementary school in Minab, and wounding nearly 100
others. Please read that again. One-hundred-and-sixty female
children and teachers were murdered in a premeditated, planned
stealth attack. This horror was followed by the Israeli/US
murder of 40 female Iranian volleyball players. This
information has not been publicized by the legacy Western
media, largely controlled by financial and political concerns tied to
the state of Israel.
It is understood that the murder of females is significant
because of their potential for motherhood. It is particularly
heinous crime because it reveals the intent to destroy a
population based on their racial status.

From a legal standpoint, the assassination of the late Ayatollah
involves several international law violations:
 Violation of the UN Charter (Article 2(4)): The prohibition
of the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or
political independence of any state.
 Premeditated Murder: The operation was the culmination of
years of intelligence gathering, including hacking Tehran’s
traffic cameras and mapping the « pattern of life » of the
leadership.
 Perfidy: Perfidy is illegal under the Rome Statute (Article
8(2)(b)(xi)) and Geneva Conventions (Protocol I, Art
37) because it violates « good faith » and degrades safety
protections. Perfidy is also a particularly repulsive crime,
because of its fundamental deceitful nature.
 Breach of Sovereign Equality: Violation of the principle of
sovereign equality, as killing a head of state or high official
undermines a nation’s sovereignty.
 International Human Rights Law: Such killings are
generally considered extrajudicial executions or murders, as
they often involve no immediate self-defense issues.
Even in contexts of heightened tension, the targeted killings of
political leaders are unlawful, as they fail to meet the strict legal
standards of immediate self-defense. There was no immediate
self-defense imperative in the instant case. Further, Iran was
lulled into lowering their guards by the deceitful ruse of
dishonest negotiations. The negotiations were also a ploy to
have the late Ayatollah and the slain leader of the Iranian armed
forces together in conference. A more “efficient”, killing-two-birds-
with-one-stone, contrivance.
Let us remember, very clearly, that the late Ayatollah Khamenei
had issued a fatwa against the construction of a nuclear bomb in

Iran. As an accomplished and erudite religious and legal
scholar, he had clarified the issue on the morality of
constructing such a device. Paradoxically, although the West,
including Israel, had spent years demonizing Iran, it is Western
nations that have multiple nuclear bombs.
It has been widely rumored for decades that Israel has nuclear
weapons of mass destruction, and that the assassination of the
late President John F. Kennedy was tied to his decision to
investigate Israel’s Dimona plant for the presence of illegal
nuclear weapons of mass destruction. It is a historical fact that
President Kennedy was deeply worried about Israel’s
bellicose nuclear intentions, and from 1961 to 1963, he
demanded that the US have inspection rights at the Dimona
site, which then prime minister Ben-Gurion and his
government resisted. In June 1963, Kennedy sent intense
letters demanding access to all areas of the Dimona site.
It must be noted that the assassination of the late Ayatollah
Khamenei was committed while the US was conducting
negotiations with Iran. In other words, it may well be inferred
that negotiations were not carried out in good faith, but for the
purpose of Inviting the confidence of an adversary to lead them to
believe they are entitled to protection under international law, with
the intent to betray that confidence. The honest American
citizenry firmly rejects the commission of the crime of perfidy
under all and any circumstances.
Under our own system of laws, war can only be conducted by the
United States against a foreign nation by a declaration from
Congress. The law is unequivocal. Article I, Section 8 of the
U.S. Constitution explicitly grants Congress the exclusive
power « to declare War » along with authority to raise and support
the armed forces. Designed by the Framers to prevent unilateral
executive action, this clause requires legislative approval to
legally initiate war. The attack on Iran has not followed a

declaration of war by the only body authorized by law to so
do. A post-facto declaration by Congress will not do.
The overwhelming majority of the American citizenry do not
support and did not support an attack on Iran. Particularly
since an attack on Iran is widely understood to be the brainchild of
ICC-charged war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu (family name of
Mileikowsky). Mr Benjamin Netanyahu, born on 21 October
1949, Prime Minister of Israel at the time of the relevant
conduct, was charged and his arrest warrant issued by the
International Criminal Court on November 21, 2024, as
allegedly responsible for the war crimes of starvation as a
method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against
the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of
murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8
October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024.
It is inconceivable that our great nation supports the ambitions of
a man, and those of his state, so in contravention of what is
lawful, good and decent. No national security argument is valid in
favor of proceeding grossly illegally in aid of the ambitions of a
foreign state and his leader. National security imperatives do
not override the absolute prohibition of crimes against
humanity under customary international law.
Our first president, General George Washington, pursued a
foreign policy of neutrality, famously warning against
« permanent alliances » in his 1796 Farewell Address, in order
to protect the United States from being entangled in foreign wars.
His Farewell Address warning was clear. Washington
advised avoiding « inveterate antipathies » against particular
nations and « passionate attachments » for others, arguing that
such biases could make the U.S. a « slave » to foreign interests.

Washington was also a military man, and as such, he well
knew the cost in terms of human lives and human suffering
in any armed conflict.
Our Founding Fathers must be turning in their grave to see how
far the United States has fallen, led by an ally who thinks nothing
of sacrificing the lives of United States servicemen and
servicewomen to serve the unlawful aims of a foreign state.
This post is written in memory of the 34 lives lost and the 170 plus
injured on the USS Liberty (AGTR-5), attacked by Israeli forces
on June 8, 1967, during the Six-Day War in international waters
off the Sinai Peninsula. Veritatem Inspice.
